[I Want to Turn Back Into a Baby!] My Yandere, Head-Over-Heels Stepbrother's Baby-Talk Love-Dependent Sex [Bonus Tracks: (1) Bedtime (2) Diaper Change (3) Ear Cleaning Too!]

Reviewers repeatedly single out the full-commitment baby-talk delivery as going even further than the script suggested, with several specific lines cited across multiple reviews as high points. The contrast between the character's saccharine, doting caretaker persona and an underlying possessive, faintly obsessive edge is called out repeatedly as keeping the yandere tag from feeling out of place in an otherwise comfort-focused work.

What reviewers loved

Reviewers repeatedly single out the full-commitment baby-talk delivery as going even further than the script suggested, with several specific lines cited across multiple reviews as high points.
The contrast between the character's saccharine, doting caretaker persona and an underlying possessive, faintly obsessive edge is called out repeatedly as keeping the yandere tag from feeling out of place in an otherwise comfort-focused work.
Multiple reviewers highlight the escalating volume and intensity of the vocal performance in later tracks as an effective payoff after the sustained baby-talk setup.
The tiered bonus tracks (sleep-lulling, diaper-change, ear-cleaning) are repeatedly praised, with the ear-cleaning bonus specifically singled out by name as a standout relaxation piece.

Good to know before buying

The age-regression/baby-talk framing is central to the entire work and is clearly telegraphed by the title -- reviewers treat it as the main draw rather than a side element, so it's worth confirming that fits your taste going in.

Built entirely around an age-regression, baby-talk roleplay conceit, this work draws consistent praise for how fully the performer commits to the exaggerated baby-talk delivery while still letting a possessive, yandere edge show through underneath the sweetness. Reviewers repeatedly cite specific lines as highlights and call out the tiered bonus tracks -- especially a relaxation-focused ear-cleaning bonus -- as unusually generous, comfort-oriented extras.
